Prayer Roles:
Prayer Team Member: Learn and grow in prayer, cover prayer requests, and attend a weekly prayer room.
Co-Host Weekly Prayer Room: Assist in leading and facilitating the weekly prayer room, encouraging participation, and guiding the prayer experience.
Co-Host Prayer Room for Days of Prayer & Fasting: Help co-lead the prayer room during designated days of prayer and fasting, providing spiritual support and fostering a focused environment.
Pray for and Respond to Prayer Requests (Facebook & Email): Pray for and respond to prayer requests submitted via Facebook and email, offering encouragement and support.
Prayer Captain: Oversee and lead the prayer team, coordinate prayer efforts, and ensure requests are covered and responded to effectively. *See Prayer Captain Opportunities below for a description & how to apply
Connection Roles:
Facebook Leader: Work with the Regional Captain team to post and comment on Facebook, engage the community, and provide support. This will include regional pages and the RW+ Membership page.
Huddle Leader or Co-leader: Lead or co-lead an RW huddle by guiding discussions, fostering participation, and ensuring a productive environment.
Huddle Participant: Actively participate in an RW huddle by engaging in discussions and supporting other participants.
RW Family Circle: Attend quarterly Family Circle calls and provide breakout room support in regional breakout times.
MeetUp/Gathering Host: Plan, organize, and host regional events for both instructors and the local community, fostering networking and engagement.
Resource Contributor: Share expertise and provide mentorship based on personal skills, supporting the development of others within the community.
Regional Captain: Provide leadership, connection, & administrative support for instructors by region. *See Regional Captain Opportunites below for a description & how to apply
Small Group Leader:
Revelation Wellness Prayer Captain
Purpose: Prayer Captains are launch leaders who support prayer within the RW community by leading prayer rooms, monitoring prayer requests, and encouraging prayer leaders. This volunteer role reports to the Activation Manager. PCs receive ongoing support and discipleship in their role.
Qualifications:
- Launch Leader and active RW instructor/leader
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Passionate about prayer and grounded in the Word
- Ability to lead, organize, and delegate
- Active in regional culture leadership and prayer rooms
- Ability to mentor others in prayer leadership
- *Familiarity with Gmail and Google Sheets
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Regional Captains for prayer and community care
- *Monitor and respond to prayer requests via Google Forms and email
- *Follow up on prayer requests as needed
- Pray for and encourage others to pray for RW
- Intercede for RW staff and culture leaders
- Engage and nurture prayer leaders
- Host a weekly prayer room on Zoom and mentor new prayer leaders
- Participate & *lead prayer for prayer & fasting days
- Complete a Prayer Room Report after each session
- Attend Culture leadership meetings and help teach the RW community to pray
*Not all PCs monitor email & respond to/follow up on prayer requests.
Time Commitment: 2-5 hours per week
Prayer Captains commit to one year (June to June), with the option to reapply annually. Weekly time varies based on RW ministry activities. Attend culture leadership meetings and participate in weekly prayer rooms, team Bible studies, and discipleship calls. A 3-year tenure is recommended.

Revelation Wellness Regional Captain
Purpose: Regional Captains are Launch Leaders who support and foster intimate connection and wholehearted activation within the RW Instructor community regionally. This volunteer role reports to the Activation Manager. RCs receive ongoing support and discipleship in their role.
Qualifications:
- Launch Leader and active RW instructor/leader
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong relational skills and a commitment to RW’s vision.
- Ability to lead, organize, and delegate
- Active in regional culture leadership and prayer rooms
- Familiarity with Gmail and Google Sheets
Responsibilities:
- Instructor Support: Actively support instructors, offering guidance and encouragement to activate in their modality. Connect with instructors as needed. Attend RW Family Circle and host regional breakouts.
- Onboarding & Support: Add new instructors to regional emails and FB groups; monitor and respond to welcome emails.
- Community Engagement: Assist with and facilitate quarterly huddles and other gathering opportunities. Host monthly regional connection times as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Prayer Captains, the activation team, and RW leadership. Manage and engage with your regional Facebook group, posting and responding regularly.
- Engage & Nurture: Provide support and foster the growth of any regional leaders as needed.
- Event & Admin Coordination: Help plan and execute events aligned with RW’s mission. Coordinate regional events, informal meet-ups, and in-person gatherings. Assist with event logistics and regional communication.
- Technology Savvy: Use digital tools for communication, event promotion, and resource sharing. IE: Google Drive, Voxer, and Canva.
Time Commitment: 3-10 hours per week
