Learn how to effectively design a conditioning class that maintains a God-first approach to functional movement in a one-on-one, small group, or larger group setting.
You’ll get practical functional fitness training from experienced Revelation Wellness instructors who are also nationally certified through organizations like ACE, NASM, and Precision Nutrition
Skills you'll learn:
- • Functional fitness and progressive training
- • Barbell, kettlebell, bodyweight movements
- • Strength, cardio, flexibility & mobility
- • How to foster community over competition
- • How to infuse your classes with the Word of God
- • Anatomy and physiology
- • Safety and cueing
WHAT classes might look like:
- • Garage gym style workouts
- • CrossFit-style workouts in a box (pre-programmed)
- • Metabolic conditioning
- • Small group or one-on-one training
