Join us for a fun and uplifting time of worship while we workout!! This is for all ages and fitness levels. We use drumsticks, cardio dance, and strength with God's word sprinkled throughout. This group will run 45-50 minutes on Wednesdays.

I promise to provide you a workout that challenges you but encourages you to move in love and joy the way God designed your unique body to do. This is a class for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced levels. Everyone has a place at the table, and modifications/success options are given during each workout. Your age is not a limiting factor.

Equipment needed: a water bottle

Classes are free but the nonprofit Ignite does appreciate donations to further their mission supporting women coming out of difficult situations.

Childcare is NOT provided. However, if your kids are able to entertain themselves independently for an hour at the sides with activities from home, they are welcome to hang out with us. Older kids, ~5 years +, are welcome to participate in the workout along with their parents, and kids love drumsticks!
