What Does It Mean To Freedom Fight?

Faith And Fitness

If there’s one thing we value highly in this ministry, it’s freedom. Who doesn’t love freedom? If it’s being offered, who doesn’t want more?

Freedom found in Christ is different than what the world has to offer–God’s freedom will not always play nice with the rules of man. Somewhere between freedom that destroys our freedom and a so-called “freedom” found in rules, there is a spacious middle ground: ground that only the brave will find. This ground belongs to people who are willing to:

  • Give God the first and final say about who they are and whose they are
  • Be brave enough to confront themselves before confronting others
  • Know they are the problem when they make themselves the point
  • Fight all their battles with grace in one hand and truth in the other, just like Jesus
  • Give gracious assumptions about all people, at all times
  • Care more about maintaining relationship then being right
  • Value a powerful Kingdom weapon called surrender

Oh yes, friends. True freedom fighting is the way of kindness; an unassuming strength that pushes back the darkness and pulls out the gold in all people, in all circumstances, at all times. Living to give people (including ourselves), what is needed and not what is deserved.

    1. That’s weird, Kristen. We checked on our end and it seems to be fine. Will keep our eyes and ears open to see if others have an issue. You might want to close down your browser and pull it up fresh. Sometimes that works. – peace

Taking this starting assessment is a powerful first step on your journey toward growth and transformation. Think of it as a pin on a map—it shows you where you are right now in mind, body, and spirit. This tool is about awareness, not judgment. It doesn’t define you or your worth; it’s simply a way to understand your starting point so you can create a purposeful plan for where you want to go. Remember, you are a good body, beautifully made by God, exactly as you are today. This is about building on that foundation with love and intention.
