If you love high intensity interval workouts, you’ll love this EMOM workout with Valerie Tolin, one of our RevX lead instructors! An EMOM workout means you do an exercise every minute on the minute. If you finish the reps before the minute is up, enjoy the rest before starting the next!!

In this short video, Valerie shows you how to do each exercise and provides you with modifications so you can be successful! This is a workout that can be adapted for any body at any fitness level!  

Garage EMOM

You’ll start a new exercise every minute on the minute. If you finish the reps before the minute is up, enjoy the rest before starting the next!

8 Burpees
20 Mountain Climbers (10 per leg)
10 RDLs
8 Reverse Fly’s
8 Dumbell Thrusters
10 Reverse lunges/Walking lunges (5 per leg)

Beginners: repeat for 3 rounds
Advanced: repeat for 4-5 rounds
