I struggle with applying the word in my life. I have struggled with a tormented mind because of my past I struggle with living for Today. My son was taken out of my life when he was 11 mths old. My son committed suicide when he was 24. I struggle getting up and staying active but this work out has really given me Purpose to keep going and trying. Love it. Thank you.
