I’ve been there too. 

As instructors, we put a lot of time and effort into planning the movement, music, and message for each class, but we rarely think much about motivational cues. That’s why I’ve created a comprehensive list of 130+ motivational cues to help you get started.

Whether you’re a seasoned instructor or just starting out, this list will give you the tools you need to connect with your students on a deeper level.

58. Muscle pain is good, joint pain is not. Feel the burn, but if you feel joint pain, choose another option.

59. If it feels too easy, you might need a heavier weight or increase the speed. Form before speed. If it feels too hard, feel free to choose a lighter weight or decrease the speed.

I am going to use many of the sayings, His love never quits, your doing it right, see the gain not the pain, embracing the experience. I can go on. But this helps me a lot.
