Here’s what your training will look like today: 

Three circuits x three rounds each, 30 seconds each exercise

Round One:

  • Squats
  • Shoulder Press
  • Cardio In and Outs
  • Bicycle Crunches

Round Two:

  • alternating side lunges
  • front raise to side lunge
  • crab kicks
  • plank hold

Round Three:

  • hip lifts
  • push-ups
  • cross punches
  • sit up to punch
