Here’s what your training will look like today:
Three circuits x three rounds each, 30 seconds each exercise
Round One:
- Squats
- Shoulder Press
- Cardio In and Outs
- Bicycle Crunches
Round Two:
- alternating side lunges
- front raise to side lunge
- crab kicks
- plank hold
Round Three:
- hip lifts
- push-ups
- cross punches
- sit up to punch
