Refund, Cancellation and Deferral Policy

Because training requires significant planning and resources, this policy outlines our refund and deferral guidelines.

Refunds are calculated based on the timing of cancellation relative to the training kickoff call.
Before kickoff call: Up to $500 of tuition is non-refundable.

If the tuition first payment is less than $500, the amount paid is non-refundable.
If tuition paid to date is $500 or more, a total of $500 is non-refundable.

Between kickoff call and Week 3 of training: $800 of tuition is non-refundable.

After Week 3 of training: No refunds will be issued.

Any payments received beyond the non-refundable amount will be refunded according to these timelines.

COST FOR BRIGADE 5: $3400.

No-interest payment plans are a financing option for your convenience. They may extend into the training period; however:

-Participants must remain current on payments to continue in training.
-Participants will have access to training content/calls suspended if behind on payments.
-Tuition must be paid in full before training is completed.

Payments will be processed every 30 days after the first payment is made, until all tuition is paid in full.

Deferrals (Transferring to a Future Brigade)

We understand that circumstances may require you to delay your participation. A deferral option is available:

Before kickoff: Tuition paid may be transferred to the next Brigade with a $250 transfer fee.

After kickoff: Tuition paid may be transferred to the next Brigade with a $500 transfer fee, subject to approval. Transfers must be to a training class occurring within 12 months.

Deferrals are permitted one time only.

No exceptions to this policy will be made for illness, family emergencies, or other circumstances. All participants should carefully consider schedules, finances, and personal commitments before enrolling.
