Session Schedule

Week 1: April 12, 8 PM ET

Good Bodies Facing Poor Health
Explore what the world often misses: your body was created good. We’ll unpack why physical answers can’t fix spiritual wounds—and why this matters for whole-person health.

Week 2: April 19, 8 PM ET

Coached from the Inside Out
Change is hard—but not impossible. This week, we’ll explore how the fall impacts our biology and how we can know what’s right to do and still struggle to do it. We will learn how God’s grace meets us in our stuck places and what we can do to partner with God for healthy change.


Week 3: April 26, 8 PM ET

Embodied Change & Transformation
Learn how to step into your response-ability—what’s within your God-given control. Discover how presence, mindset, and small shifts can bring lasting growth.


Week 4: May 3, 8 PM ET

From Healed to Healer
In our final session, we’ll reflect on your journey of receiving real help for your health—help that’s not temporary. We’ll explore how to keep your health and healing going while helping others along the way.
