I am a certified LiveWell Health Coach as well as former practicing Registered Dietitian. I have experience educating and coaching women nutritionally in weight management, cardiovascular wellness, disordered eating and sports performance.

My heartbeat is to journey alongside women in various seasons of life.. the peri-menopausal / post-menopausal woman, newly or soon-to-be empty nester, the woman lost between seasonal transitions, the young mom in the throws of life with littles longing for a breath or the woman wanting to know she is seen, known and loved.
