JENNIFER
Jennifer Allen holds a Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is certified in Life, Mental Health, and Trauma-Informed Coaching through the American Association of Christian Counselors. She is also a LiveWell Coach and RevFit Instructor with Revelation Wellness, with additional certifications in various health and fitness disciplines, including arthritis, cancer, sports nutrition, and behavioral change. As a health and trauma-informed coach, Jennifer believes in the transformative power of holistic well-being, integrating physical health, emotional resilience, and spiritual growth. She’s passionate about guiding clients to break free from limiting beliefs and cultivate sustainable habits through personalized coaching sessions for individuals and groups.

TORIE
Torie Bartee is a Rev Fit Lead Instructor, the RevWell TV coordinator, and a proud member of Platoon 23. She’s passionate about helping women break free from extremes. Based in Utah, where she lives with her husband and three children, Torie equips women with practical tools for sustainable lifestyle changes. She specializes in guiding women toward physical health, mental resilience, and spiritual freedom through strength training, simple nutrition, and Christ-centered teaching. Her extensive experience in group fitness, personal coaching, and holistic wellness allows her to help women find joy in movement and live kingdom-minded lives.

TAMMY
Tammy La Fleur has been a certified Revelation Wellness Instructor since 2011. She currently serves as a Revelation Wellness Lead Instructor and is a fitness professional with over 20 years of experience. She holds certifications in NASM Personal Training, AFAA Group Fitness, Reebok Spin, and Fit for Mom. Tammy is passionate about helping others honor God through health, movement, and strength—body, mind, and soul. Through faith-based coaching and Christ-centered workouts, she empowers individuals to live fully in the calling God has placed on their lives. She is dedicated to seeing lives transformed through mindful movement and spiritual well-being.

MIMI
Mimi Yanez is a dedicated coach residing in Bryan/College Station, TX, where she lives with her husband and three daughters. She’s deeply passionate about helping others grow stronger in body, mind, and spirit. Mimi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and brings both knowledge and heart to every session, complemented by her training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As a certified Revelation Wellness Instructor and LiveWell Health Coach, her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients feel supported, seen, and empowered to become the person God made them to be.
