I am a lover of people. I will believe the best, be unoffendable and look for the gold in people. (Matt. 22:39, John 13:34-35, Ephesians 4)

Love God. Get Healthy. Be Whole. Love Others.
That’s our mission.
My name is Amia Freeman. I’m the Regional Coordinator for Revelation Wellness; a ministry that uses fitness as a tool to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ across the world. We teach freedom living, wholistic biblical mindfulness, and movement from a place of love vs punishment or obsession.
CO-ORDINATE, adjective [Latin , to regulate. See Order.] Being of equal order, or of the same rank or degree; not subordinate; as, two courts of co-ordinate jurisdiction.

Def: a person whose job is to organize events or activities and to negotiate with others in order to ensure they work together effectively.” a full-time coordinator was appointed to oversee the referral process”
* grammar a word used to connect clauses, sentences, or words of equal syntactic importance (e.g. and, or, for).” subordinate clauses can be connected with a coordinator”
This is my radical Protest against racial injustice. This is my movement for the movement of restorative justice. One body at a time. One heart at a time. One soul at a time.
Because I am confident in my God and my own identity, I will take risks— I will love others, dream big, and think the unthinkable. I will brave myself. (Josh.1, Deut. 31:6, 1 Cor. 15:58, Eph. 6:10)
Trust and wonder. Come alive. Get louder. Roar. Keep building the ark. Centerfield. Kairos. Sherpa. Set your compass. Paraklētos: one who pleads another’s cause before a judge, a pleader, counsel for defense, legal assistant, an advocate. These are just a few of the pivotal words God has spoken to me in the last year.
Some days I have lots of words, lots of thoughts, and lots of emotions that I get to sit with and articulate to offer a beautiful parallel between life and a seemingly random object. Today God took me back to simple wisdom.
It’s not about willpower. It’s about humility.
“There is no shortcut to sanctity.” – AW Tozer
“Whatever it is, if you really want it, you must be willing to get uncomfortable; beyond your normal; beyond the crowd; beyond your own life and know-how. God’s thoughts, concerning you, are much greater. God’s plan & process, way beyond what we could ever imagine. He wants to give us the desires of our hearts but many of those are way out there on the ledge, on the edge of yikes as author Bob Goff puts it. What if we asked God today about THAT thing that keeps us teetering on the fence of being comfortable and being blessed. The thing that keeps us at our ‘this is who I’ve always been’. The thing that might require us to do less of the best and simply follow the better. Are you willing to get uncomfortable?” (2 Thessalonians 1:11)
I am a leader, called and equipped to bring the Gospel message to the world around me, every day. (Matt. 28:18-20)
With divine peace and the courage of God; guided by the Guide who is both familiar with the land and the people I will lead others by following Christ; I will be faithful with my time and peace in His presence and power. Though I may be anxious when I step into new territory; with joyful anticipation, I WILL KEEP GOING, I AM MOVING INTO THE LARGER CALLING beyond counting sets and reps. Breathe. Slow, deep, belly breaths. Each breath responds to each anxious though… LORD GOD BLESS ME AS I GO. Keep His commandments, live, abide, bless; the Lord will keep me. The Lord will bless me.
“Listen closely, I have set before you today life and prosperity (good), and death and adversity (evil); in that I command you today to love the LORD your God, to walk [that is, to live each and every day] in His ways and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His judgments (precepts), so that you will live and multiply, and that the LORD your God will bless you in the land which you are entering to possess. But if your heart turns away and you will not hear and obey, but are drawn away and worship other gods and serve them, I declare to you today that you will certainly perish. You will not live long in the land which you cross the Jordan to enter and possess. I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse; therefore, you shall choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants, by loving the LORD your God, by obeying His voice, and by holding closely to Him; for He is your life [your good life, your abundant life, your fulfillment] and the length of your days, that you may live in the land which the LORD promised (swore) to give to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.” (Deuteronomy 30:15-20, AMP)
I am a Black woman and a daughter of The King. I will not allow myself to imitate the customs of the world (Romans 12) into the shadows of the denial of my race or my faith! They are the VERY REASON THAT I EXIST!!! I am a #fitnessteachergospelpreacher and this is my radical protest FOR RACIAL JUSTICE.
Every class I teach will bring people closer to Christ and their God-given original design.
Every time we pick up our feet it is because we have accepted our marching orders & the walls WILL FALL.
Every word I speak will proclaim THE GOSPEL TRUTH – to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with my God!!! Heart, soul, mind, and strength to love others!
Some Pharisees from the crowd told him, “Teacher, get your disciples under control!” But he said, “If they kept quiet, the stones would do it for them, shouting praise.” (Luke 19:39, 40 MSG)
“We are not those who shrink back.” Hebrews 10:38

Michele’s Recovery Flow- “Sweet Conviction”
Restorative flow is the practice of slowing down and opening your body through stretching which allows your muscles to relax. This is a great way to end your day after work or it can be one of the last things you do before you get into bed. (ADVANCED) (JAMES 1:17; YOGA MAT & RESISTANCE BAND)
