A variety of movement is rotated throughout the month with the typical schedule: Week 1- Strength, Week 2- Deep Stretch, Week 3- Cardio, Week 4- Mobility and Week 5- Choreography.
Movement is between 20-30 minutes, and ending each class with a Be Still & Be Loved.
This class is open to all and we would love to have you join us via Zoom.
