There was a time when I thought “healthy” meant shrinking myself — eating less, doing more, and hustling for results that never filled me ... and never lasted. But God began showing me something deeper: real transformation starts on the inside.

When I shifted my focus from punishment to partnership — with my body and with Him — everything changed. I started nourishing myself instead of depriving myself, moving in ways that felt good, and speaking life over the woman in the mirror.

It wasn’t overnight, (and there are still struggles) but this time, the change is lasting. The more I learn to love the body I'm in, the more it reflects that love. It's not just about losing weight — It's losing guilt, shame, and the belief that I have to earn my worth.

Now, my journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about living well — body, mind, and spirit — and walking in the freedom and abundance God always intended.
