Bring 1-5 pound hand weights and an exercise mat (or borrow some of ours)!
Instructor led AMRAPs (As many reps as possible)- 2 to 3 AMRAPS standing with weights, 2-3 AMRAPS with or without weights on the floor, 1-2 AMRAPS on the wall or in a chair.
Special surprises sprinkled in: strength choreography, partner or team stations, use of other strength equipment like kettlebells or weighted balls.
The Word is woven throughout the workout with scripture, Christian music, and prayer!
