This class will be held Tuesdays from 10-11:30. These classes will focus on gentle movement- breath work , mediation , prayer and journaling. Each week there will be a different theme- all of these classes will connect you to God- bring calming to your nervous system and connect you in fellowship with others. On Saturday may 30 there will be a girls night out that will include a sacred space session along with creating a prayer basket/ bowl. This class will be at 7-9 pm
