In this 10-minute embodiment practice, you’ll use the calming rhythm of box breathing—inhaling, holding, exhaling, and holding for equal counts—to help regulate your nervous system and quiet mental noise. As your breath slows, you’ll be guided to notice physical sensations, thoughts, and emotions with gentle awareness, creating space to become more attuned to your body and God’s presence.
