We will be launching into our Fall Series of faith-based workouts at La Croix Church SEPTEMBER 8!
Classes are FREE (though any donation amount is gratefully accepted)
Movements are varied so you can enjoy those you love and be encouraged to try those you haven't before.
Movement is worship and an expression of gratitude for these good bodies we've been entrusted to steward.
Modifications and chair options are available so that EVERY body is welcomed to move as is available to you. If you are moving, you are doing it right!
