Come enjoy an amazing full body workout while also ‘working in’ the Word of God! A variety of cardio & strength movement styles are incorporated into each class. All fitness levels welcome!
We meet at 10:30am each Monday at the OCC Sports & Events Center (1701 Central Expy, McKinney, TX 75069).
Cost: All classes are free of charge. Donations gratefully accepted. Suggested donation is $5.00 per class.
