So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering.

What if in everything, and all things, at all times we made God the center? I tell you what would happen, we would experience joy, freedom and power in our lives, like never before. That joy, freedom and power are our inheritance friends. It’s time to stop compartmentalizing our lives and wake up to the great adventure.
The world will call you queer and peculiar and I need to straight up tell you…they’re right! We are all a little odd and left of the worlds center. Raise your hand if you are a misfit of this world!!

- 1. 1,2,3 knee stick 10x
- 2. Reverse fly 10x
- 3. Mountain climbers; run 2 knees, SWIVEL the third and stick. 10x
- 4. Good old push ups 10x
- AMRAP! (As many rounds as possible) for 4 minutes. Rest 2 minutes. REPEAT 2-4x. (if you can do 4x’s through I want to know! You are my hero! I could barely do 3x through 😉

Faith Filled Food: Avocado- Tomato Salad (From Cooking Light)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 cups halved grape tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vertically sliced white onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 ripe peeled avocado, coarsely chopped
- Combine lime juice, cumin, black pepper, ground red pepper, and salt; stir with a whisk. Add tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and avocado; toss gently to combine.
