Tammy makes movement accessible for every body and encourages you to dig deep, to love God, and love your body.

Each month, Revelation Wellness Studio + HQ hosts a FREE prayer and worship night that begins with restorative movement and ends in live worship. Move your body, and lift your heart. Come as you are, bring your prayers, and rest in the presence of the Lord. This event is free and open to everyone, so bring your family and friends, bring a mat, and leave renewed and refreshed. No need to register, just show up, we’d love to see you.

A strength-focused class designed to improve form and functional strength.
Prayer & Worship
Gentle restorative movement combining deep stretching, breath work, and Biblical meditation. Release tension in your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with the peace and presence of God in your body.
