Have the last few years left you exhausted and burnt-out, causing you to neglect yourself and the healthy habits you had in the past? Maybe you have a passion for serving God and loving others, but these times have left you weary and wondering if anything will ever change.
You are not alone! God sees you and has more for you.
Join us in the Clean Hearting Challenge. For 21 Days we’ll practice inside-out wellness. You’ll learn more than how to just train hard and eat clean because what’s in your heart is more important than what’s on your plate.
Lay aside your calorie counters and pick up what counts most – God’s Word doing its good work in your heart so you can live out love with your body.
The past few years have been hard. If you’ve struggled with self-doubt, overwhelm, and confusion, and you’ve given up on your routines, it’s time for a reset. The good news is it’s not too late. But it’s not about moving from neglecting to obsessing. A bunch of rules and regulations won’t fix your heart and renew your mind. Rigid discipline can’t produce the true freedom that Christ died for us to have.
What does ‘clean eating’ even really mean, especially for fuller, freer lives?
Eating well matters. But all of the conflicting diet plans – low carb, sugar-free, Keto, Paleo, Whole30 – can lead to overwhelm, confusion, and even obsession.
Please hear us when we say plans and programs aren’t bad. We simply believe there’s a deeper conversation to be had about the current clean eating movement—because regulation can’t produce the true freedom Christ died for us to have.
What if there’s a more freeing way to approach clean eating? What if it’s about something more than ‘cleaning up your act?’ What if God cares more about what’s in your heart than on your plate? After all, in 1 Samuel 16:7, the Lord said to Samuel: “The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
That’s where the Clean Hearting Challenge comes in.
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill food and fitness challenge. This isn’t a challenge to better modify your behavior or better adhere to a food plan (though a helpful list of food options and recipes are included). This is a challenge to get better; to have your heart searched and ministered to by the One who knows you best and loves you most.
Inside our hearts is where the real work happens. And if we put in the effort to clean up our hearts, our bodies will fall in line with God’s best.
• Train to be mindful of what goes into your body, how you move your body, and most importantly, how you honor God with your body.
• Learn how to be proactive in your health. How you think and how you fuel your body have a big impact on your health. You don’t have to simply react to sickness, you can work to prevent it!
• Learn to apply God’s Word to your whole self – heart, mind, soul, and body.
• Practice inside out wellness – because Jesus said what comes out of our mouths is connected to what we are storing up in our hearts. (Matthew 12:34)
For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. Matthew 12:34
I’ve completed many challenges and each one God has used to help me grow deeper in relationship with Him. While I love the accountability and challenge to think about my exercise and eating, it is much more than just a fitness and food challenge. I am always challenged to get at the root of my habits and the posture of my heart before the Lord.

Through each one of these challenges, God met me exactly where I was, with whatever particular struggles I was facing. He mercifully revealed His truths to me and kindly showed me the lies I’ve lived by for too long, which held me captive. He’s been wooing me and helping me to see myself as He sees me, fully loved and whole through the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross for me. I’ve dieted all my life, thinking my value and worth were defined by my weight, looks, and size. I know now that is a lie straight from the enemy. I’m thankful for Revelation Wellness and this ministry. It has been life-changing for me.
