As children of God, our joy isn’t dependent upon our circumstances or current situation. It doesn’t shift when things get hard or when we experience pushback or trials. Joy is the condition of a heart that knows, experiences, and trusts in Jesus.
Yes, this program will teach you how to properly strength train your body, but the reason we do it is all for Him. Our bodies are for ability, not vanity. Our goal isn’t to have smaller thighs or bigger biceps but to be strong enough to serve Jesus when He calls us.
If you’re feeling weak but continuing to seek strength apart from Him, it will never be sustained. It’s fruitless. How do we go about getting our joy back? Seek God, and you will find God. Torie is an RWIT lead instructor from Platoon 23 and the RevWell TV coordinator, with a passion for helping women break free from extremes. Currently living in Utah with her husband and three kids, she equips women with practical tools to create sustainable lifestyle changes through strength training, simple nutrition, and Christ-centered teaching. With years of experience in group fitness, personal coaching, and holistic wellness, Torie specializes in guiding women toward physical health, mental resilience, and spiritual freedom so women can find joy in movement and live kingdom-minded.
