GET STRONG
IS FOR YOU IF:

» You feel overwhelmed by strength training or don’t know where to start.

» You want to learn proper form and technique for strength training.

» You have experience with strength training but want to progress from your current level to the next.

» You want to invite the men in your life to join you! This program is for everyone!

» You want to strength train without the need for fancy equipment or an expensive gym membership.

» You want to break free from the world’s lies of toxic fitness and diet culture.

» You’re looking for a program anchored in God’s Truth.

The benefits of Get Strong:

» Get Strong is for you, regardless of your strength training experience or fitness level!

» Get Strong won’t just make you physically stronger but will strengthen your mind and soul as you progress through the program.
» Get Strong will help you live a wholehearted faith.
» The cost of this eight-week program is similar to the average cost of just ONE personal training session.
» The program content is organized into daily modules, so everything you need for each day is in one place.
» We recommend at least one set of challenging hand weights/dumbbells for this program. As you progress, you may want to invest in increasingly heavier weights. However, if you are unable to purchase extra equipment, all workouts can be successfully completed with just your body weight.

» Strength training benefits your body in numerous ways beyond increasing lean muscle mass. It improves balance and coordination, reduces the risk of osteoporosis, improves overall bone density, reduces anxiety and depression, improves mood and self-esteem, and promotes better sleep.

The joy of the Lord is our true strength!

As children of God, our joy isn’t dependent upon our circumstances or current situation. It doesn’t shift when things get hard or when we experience pushback or trials. Joy is the condition of a heart that knows, experiences, and trusts in Jesus.

Yes, this program will teach you how to properly strength train your body, but the reason we do it is all for Him. Our bodies are for ability, not vanity. Our goal isn’t to have smaller thighs or bigger biceps but to be strong enough to serve Jesus when He calls us.

If you’re feeling weak but continuing to seek strength apart from Him, it will never be sustained. It’s fruitless. How do we go about getting our joy back? Seek God, and you will find God. We draw near and seek His presence continually. Then, you’ll experience joy and strength that you can use to serve others.

Get Strong doesn’t just focus on physical strength, but on strengthening our relationship with God. It doesn’t matter how heavy you can lift if you are apart from Him. Keep your eyes on Jesus and focus on His Truth, then you will find all the strength you need.

RWIT MANAGER & REVFIT
LEAD INSTRUCTOR

Kara Osborne is a former teacher and counselor turned Fitness Teacher Gospel Preacher from North Carolina. She had little experience in the fitness world when the Lord called her to RW Instructor Training, but was marvelously ruined from that point forward. She now spends her days getting to train up new instructors for Revelation Wellness as well as leading and discipling women both locally and online through her classes and membership community.

Kara is an encouragement enthusiast who wants to see everyone take some steps forward into the things the Lord has called them to. Her hope through the Get Strong program is that each of us will realize the true strength that we have through the Lord, and that the purpose of all of it is to point right back to Him. He’s worthy!

Where does your strength come from?

God's strength and power are all that really matters, not how much weight we can lift. We can train our physical bodies to be stronger, but let's do it for His glory, not ours.
