Classes are offered on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 at The Guild of Modern Wellness. Initial classes will include a mix of dance fitness, cardio, strength, circuit and mobility moves. These first 4 classes are in "beta testing mode" and are on a pay what you can basis. Additional classes beyond these first 4 will be created with your feedback in mind.
