Join us Fridays, 9:30-10:15 a.m., at All Saints Church in Merstham as we move our bodies in joy. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome. Cardio, kickboxing, choreography, strength, drumsticks, stretching—each class is unique, and every class is full of joy (and sweat). Let's move our good, beautiful bodies together!

Cost per class is £5. Please bring a full water bottle and exercise mat to each class.
