Committed to bringing transformative wellness experiences to my community in and around Cochran, GA. My mission is to support individuals on their journey towards healing and wholeness through two distinct, impactful programs designed to address various aspects of personal well-being.

**The Body Revelation** focuses on healing past trauma and fostering a deeper connection between mind and body. Through this program, participants can explore and overcome the emotional wounds that may be hindering their growth.

**The Wellness Revelation** is tailored for those struggling with disordered eating habits, offering a holistic approach to developing a healthier relationship with food and body image.

I am available to lead private groups for churches, women’s detention centers, and women’s drug rehabilitation centers. Each program is designed to meet the unique needs of these communities, offering a safe space for reflection, healing, and empowerment.

I am also available to work with individuals one-on-one. This personalized approach allows for tailored support to address specific needs and goals, fostering a more individualized path to healing and growth.
