This group fitness class will train your body and faith, it's like sweaty worship. The class incorporates cardio, strength training, drumsticks and Biblical meditation. All fitness levels are welcome, modifications are encouraged so don't count yourself out.

Please bring an exercise mat or towel for the cooldown, a water bottle and a friend.

Mondays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at First Assembly of God, Rapid City. Please used door #9 near the back of the church, we'll meet in the chapel.
