We meet at 6:30 pm on Mondays (Please visit my Facebook page for any last minute class changes)
Join me each week for a cardio mash-up that includes Tabata, drumming, strength and choreography. Workouts include a restorative stretch and prayer at the end of each class. All fitness levels are welcome!
Wherever you are in your journey, I would love to have you join me as we walk together toward freedom, health, and a fully alive life in Christ.
Bring weights and mat if you have them.
