Join us on Friday Mornings at 8:30 am in the Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church for a Revelation Fitness® Class!
These classes vary in format each week, but typically include a Biblical focus, warmup, cardio, drumsticks, strength, stretching, and a time to be still.
