RevKids (ages 0-5 years) begins with 20 minutes of music and movement. Children will then be led through a time of stillness, stretch, and mindful breathing. Class ends with a healthy snack around the table. Children are invited to attend with a parent or caregiver. Practice healthy habits in a friendly fun environment! Complete the online registration before class and a waiver at your first session. We look forward to seeing you!
