Wednesday 9a-10a MissionFIT. After exercise, from 10:15-11:30a we have a Bible Study during the school year and prayer during that time in the summer. We have free childcare from 9a-12p as you attend the class.

Come move your body as an act of worship to God.
We do full body workouts, drumstick workouts, weights, cardio, stretching and always end with a time of beautiful scripture based relaxation.
Please bring water. You can mat and weights if you have them, but we have some too.
Park in the back of the church and enter in back.
