Rise Up Wellness is a women’s movement and worship small group rooted in the truth that we are daughters of the King—called to rise up, adjust our crowns, and walk in freedom. When we align our bodies, hearts, and minds with God’s truth, and with Jesus as the Way, healing and restoration begin to flow naturally.

This is more than a fitness class. It is a sacred space where movement becomes worship, the Word brings alignment, and the Holy Spirit meets women exactly where they are. Each Saturday morning from 9:30–11:00 AM at the church, we will move together with purpose and expectancy, allowing God to break off trauma, lies, and anything that does not belong.

Each gathering will look a little different as we prayerfully follow the leading of the Lord, but you can expect:
• A biblically grounded message focused on identity, freedom, and truth
• Low to moderate impact movement, which may include choreography, flag worship, drumstick worship, resistance bands, or days focused on walking and interval-style movement
• A closing “Be Still & Be Loved” time—an intentional space to rest in God’s presence, allowing Him to heal, restore, and wash over you

You do not need to be a dancer, athlete, or in peak physical condition to attend. If you have physical limitations or disabilities, please do not let that deter you—movement can always be modified. Even showing up and offering your body to the Lord is worship.

This group is truly come as you are. There is no pressure to perform, no expectations to look or move a certain way—only an invitation to be obedient, open, and expectant. Come ready to move, ready to receive, and ready to hear the Lord speak to you.

What to bring:
• Comfortable shoes and clothing you can move in
• A yoga mat or large beach towel
• A heart willing to rise up and receive what God wants to do

Rise Up Wellness is led by a certified Revelation Wellness Fitness Teacher and Gospel Preacher, combining faith-based movement with the truth of God’s Word to create a safe, life-giving, and healing environment for women.
