With all the information out there, it is hard to know what to believe when it comes to food and nutrition. It turns out, God has a lot to say about it!
In this 6-week class, we will dig deep into understanding the heart matters around food and learn how to respect our bodies as a Temple of the Holy Spirit.
We’ll learn how all foods can be a part of a God-honoring diet and that with Christ we truly can have food freedom.
