The past two years have been a dark and confusing time. If you’ve been walking through a dry season, feeling anxious, lonely or depressed, you’re certainly not alone. Life feels less hard when shared with others.
If you’re longing for healthy in-person community, a fresh message of hope, and you’re hungry to see more goodness fill the earth, then we are inviting you! Join us for our very first open to the public, healthy, whole, and holistic retreat, called IMPACT.
IMPACT is unlike any other retreat experience. For five days you will immerse your whole self – heart, mind, soul, and body – into the love of Jesus. You will spend time in community with others who love Jesus, but sometimes struggle to feel loved themselves.
If you’ve seen us share about our in-person instructor training retreats and thought, ‘I want to be there!’ then now’s your chance! Join us in the beautiful mountains of Arizona and experience the transformation and freedom that happens when we gather together to train our hope and move in God’s love.
At IMPACT, you’ll have new life breathed into your whole self. You’ll return home light and free, inspired to live out the message of Christ.

The past two years have been hard. A recent survey found 42% of U.S. adults reported undesired weight gain since the start of the pandemic, with an average gain of 29 pounds. But, it’s vital that you know, it’s not the weight we carry in our bodies, but the weight of what we’ve been carrying in our hearts that truly weighs us down.
Now, more than ever, a weary world needs us to reflect the light and love of Jesus.
Maybe it feels impossible to impact the world when you’re feeling weary and dry. That’s why at IMPACT, we’re going to lay aside the extra ‘weight’ the last two years has placed on us. Through daily worship, Bible study, and workshops, you’ll reconnect back to God and yourself and learn to live out the message of Christ with our whole selves.
EACH DAY OF IMPACT WILL INCLUDE:

All accommodations will be covered when you arrive at the retreat center – food, lodging, and programming!

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:
Cost: $1450
Early Bird: $1350. Pay in full by March 26 and save $100!
Payment options: Pay in full or two equal monthly payments.
The first payment is processed on the day you register.
If you select a 2-payment plan, the second payment will be processed 30 days later. First payment must be made by March 15, 2022.
Must be paid in full by April 15, 2022.

In the event of a nation-wide shutdown, or an Arizona state shutdown due to the pandemic, all ticket sales will be refundable or transferable

IMPACT Location: Lost Canyon Young Life Camp, Williams AZ
Flights: Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, (PHX) or Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) or Las Vegas (LAS)
Arriving Flight: You must arrive at the camp on Monday, May 9 between 3:45pm – 4:15pm (MT). (No early arrivals, please!)
Nearest Airports:
PHX Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (about a 3-hour drive to Lost Canyon)
FLG- Flagstaff, AZ (about a 45-minute drive to Lost Canyon)
LAS – Las Vegas, NV (about a 3.5 hour drive to Lost Canyon)
Departing Flight:
IMPACT will end by 9:30 am MST on Friday, May 13. Please plan your departing flights accordingly. Due to another group coming in after us, everyone is required to exit Lost Canyon by 10am on Friday.
IMPORTANT: If you are driving, please meet us at the retreat center. There is ample parking available.
ROUNDTRIP BUS TICKET OPTION TO and FROM PHX ONLY:
If you need assistance getting from the PHX airport to the retreat location, you have the option to purchase a bus ticket for $50/roundtrip. The bus will depart PHX airport on Monday, May 9 at 12 pm MST. You are responsible for meeting in terminal 4 at baggage claim by 11:30 am to check in. The bus will return you to PHX airport on Friday by 2 pm. By riding the bus, you are required to sign our covid-19 assumption of risk document. You’ll have the option to purchase a bus ticket during your registration process.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree that in the event you test positive for COVID-19 during the event, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation and for any resulting costs back from Lost Canyon.
– This is a co-ed freedom retreat. If you are coming as a married couple, we say yes and amen! However, all sleeping arrangements will fall into the two categories of female cabins & male cabins, for the privacy of all of our guests.
– You may notify us to put you in a group with your friend(s) – we will do our best to accommodate! We highly suggest that you create a Group Name for your group to make it easier to register.
– If you are flying internationally or from the East Coast, you are welcome to fly in on Sunday at your own expense. Feel free to talk with other retreaters to partner up and share hotel rooms and cars.
We will follow local COVID guidelines/venue guidelines at the time of the event. Please consider that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other infectious diseases in any place where people are present. Although we have implemented recommended practices to promote the health and safety for all of our attendees and event staff, we cannot ensure or be held liable that the premises are free from contagions. By voluntarily entering and being present at this event, you acknowledge and agree to accept complete and sole responsibility for the inherent risk of possible exposure.
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has impacted businesses and not-for-profit organizations across the country, requiring us to rethink how we perform operations. Our concern is for the safety of our participants, the leadership team for Revelation Wellness, and the staff at Lost Canyon. Therefore this document will serve as a guide for our anticipated protocol for IMPACT 2022.
By registering for the event, you understand and agree to the following items.:
Responsibilities of Revelation Wellness Leadership Team & Participants:
- Wear face coverings on the plane or during any other public transportation on your way to Phoenix, AZ.
- Practice good hand-washing techniques and use hand sanitizer when unable to wash hands.
- Must be cleared by a doctor, or take a covid test, if they experience any symptoms of COVID-19 or an upper respiratory infection including but not limited to fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose, body aches, chills or fatigue within 2 weeks prior to the event
- Our Work Crew who works in the kitchen and handles food will be required to wear a mask anytime they are inside the dining hall and/or kitchen.
While in Attendance:
- Practice good hand-washing techniques and use hand sanitizer when unable to wash hands
- Adhere to any guidelines set in place by the CDC
- Adhere to any guidelines set in place by Lost Canyon
