This event is designed for everybody, regardless of body shape, size, or fitness level.
Given the topics we will cover, we recommend that attendees be 16 or older.

Yes! Lunch will be provided for all Health Summit attendees. We will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs. However, if you have an extreme amount of allergies, we recommend you consider bringing your lunch.
