Time: The event begins promptly at 9:00 AM and concludes at 12:00 PM

*Please arrive around 8:30 AM. We will be live-streaming to individuals who have purchased an online ticket.

Food & Beverage: A light lunch and refreshments will be provided at the conclusion of the event at 12:00 PM.

RSVP: An RSVP is required to attend this event for FREE in person. We have limited space, so please RSVP as soon as possible. 

Attire: Please dress comfortably in clothing you feel comfortable moving in. 

What to Bring: Water, journal + pen, and bible. You are welcome to bring a mat if you prefer to use your own. Otherwise, don’t worry, we will have all the equipment you need!
