Meet Kristen

KRISTEN BAUMAN is passionate about the health and hearts of women. She is an adoptive mom of 4, adjunct professor, 20 year Veteran of the U.S. Navy, and proud member of Revelation Wellness Platoon 16. She has a master’s degree in Health Education and a handful of health and fitness certifications. Currently she is pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with the goal of eventually working with women and children in a capacity that teaches them how to move through their trauma using a mind-body connection and the love of Christ.
