Feeling discontent? These verses will remind you who God is!

Do you sense a nagging dissatisfaction within you?
Unfortunately, I find myself in that posture often.
Yet, Jesus promises satisfaction for those who hunger and thirst for right relationship with Him (Matthew 5:6).
My dissatisfaction serves as a heart check and an invitation to repentance and renewed intimacy with the Lord.
With open arms, he invites me to confess the empty things I’m longing for. Then, he tenderly offers me the communion with him that I so desperately need.
Lord, forgive me. Forgive my prayerlessness. Forgive my lack of hunger for you. I desire more of you, but I have soul amnesia. I constantly forget how desperate and needy I am and how powerful and willing you are. I settle for so much less than you offer.
Lord, I need a Spirit infusion. Hook me up to the IV machine of your Spirit, and start a constant drip of grace to flow through my entire being. I am desperate for more connection, intimacy, awe, and wonder of who you are and how much you love me.
The Spirit invites us to attach to the IV of Scripture to revive our soul afresh.
Read and be refreshed by these 10 verses to inspire awe and wonder of God.

For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.”

‘Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!’
And whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to him who is seated on the throne, who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who is seated on the throne and worship him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
‘Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.’”
Lord, revive our eyes to see you as you truly are: holy, worthy of all glory, honor, and worship.
