Move In Love is a connection group affiliated with Mosaic Church in Greeley, Colorado, but it is open to all! The class meets at 6 pm on Mondays, where we do choreography-based movement focusing on kickboxing and DRUMSTICKS! We also do an intentional cooldown with some mild yoga and a message based in scripture.
