LifeHouse Church - SaCo, will be hosting God centered fitness classes, starting on January 9th from 6:30-7:30 pm, weekly. This is a class is open to anyone looking to get healthy and whole!!! Every Thursday, this ministry will focus on movement, mindset, and truth. You are God’s good idea, created with a purpose. Let’s come together to move, celebrate that we get too, while remembering who God’s says we are. All fitness levels welcome. No commitments, no memberships, just community, encouragement, and support! We will grow together through movement! How amazing is that? Are you ready for some fun?? I cannot wait to see you there!!!
