I used to believe that I needed to be perfect in order to be loved. Life has not always been what I thought it "should" be and that brought a lot of shame, guilt and self-doubt into my thoughts. As I worked through all of that I learned that I do not need to be perfect to be loved. Perfectionism creates anxiety and depression to run wild in your mind. There is no rest there.
As a health and wellness coach I aim to help people to move away from the "all or nothing" perfectionist mindset. I help my clients reconnect with themselves through the transformative power of self-compassion and shame resilience. My coaching is grounded in both evidence-based practices and a faith-informed perspective, offering a safe and judgment-free space for clients to grow emotionally, spiritually, and physically.
