Join Fit 4 the Kingdom Outreach for our F4K Tactical Ruck & Roll Challenge. Here we will be starting each day with a "RUCK" of varying lengths, followed by easy to follow Strength Training with Bodyweight/Rucksack. Each night we will prepare our bodies for deep restorative rest with a 30 min recovery time of foam rolling and breath prayer. We will meet inside a private FB community and all recordings will be uploaded to the library, once you become a member, you will have unlimited access to the member page.
