Revelation Wellness® Faith & Fitness is a Christ-centered wellness program where we engage our mind, body, & spirit in the pursuit of health and wholeness. Classes meet in the first-floor fellowship hall at The Church At Westerly, 120 Main Street. Bring a water bottle and an exercise mat (if you have one!) and wear sneakers and comfortable clothing! Equipment is available to borrow. A certified Revelation Wellness® fitness instructor will lead you through cardio routines and resistance training using weights and/or body weight. All exercises are modifiable to your fitness level.
Everyone is welcome to attend. COME AS YOU ARE! Classes are free and for males and females ages 12 and up. *Minors will require a waiver of liability signed by a guardian before participating.* If you are visiting us for the first time, please arrive early to complete waiver of liability and health history forms.
