Children ages 5 and under are welcome to attend this fun wellness class where they will grow in the love of God and learn the value of taking care of their bodies through movement, including dance, exercise, stretch, games, and more. Class ends with a healthy snack. Contact me for more info. Class meets Friday mornings 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the fellowship hall.
