Join us for a candlelit Rev on the mat experience to usher in God's peace in the midst of the holiday season. Attendees are encouraged to bring an exercise mat, water, a Bible, and a journal. Those items will also be provided if you do not have them. All fitness levels welcome. A healthy meal will be served after class. This is a free event and donations are welcome. We thank Jesus for the freedom He gives us in our minds, bodies, and spirits.
