This class will follow the Weight loss Women and God 21 day challenge. It will begin with sign up class and information at the Tok School location Jan 6th at 6 PM. You must register through Revelation Wellness and then pay an additions fee of $25 to me for coaching, accountability, bible study and one work out a week in a group setting. A zoom support group will also be recorded if you are unable to join live. I will also start a Facebook group (or other platform the group prefers.. Voxer, WhatsApp).
