Weight loss, women, and god: MOVEMENT
Each day you’ll get a suggested Revelation Wellness workout. If it doesn’t fit your body that day, simply walk and aim for 7,000–10,000 steps.
The goal isn’t to follow a plan perfectly—it’s to move your body with God.
Because this program is designed for women who want to lose weight, we encourage strength training throughout the 21 days. Strength training helps you:
• Build lean muscle that boosts metabolism
• Improve insulin sensitivity and blood sugar balance
• Strengthen bones, joints, and connective tissue
• Increase confidence and energy
Strength training isn’t just about today—it’s an investment in long-term health and freedom.
Some movement days include other options: a REVING the Word workout (Scripture-based teaching you can walk to), riding a stationary or recumbent bike, using an elliptical, or even cleaning your house. The point is simple: move your body and meet with God wherever you are.

Taking this starting assessment is a powerful first step on your journey toward growth and transformation. Think of it as a pin on a map—it shows you where you are right now in mind, body, and spirit. This tool is about awareness, not judgment. It doesn’t define you or your worth; it’s simply a way to understand your starting point so you can create a purposeful plan for where you want to go. Remember, you are a good body, beautifully made by God, exactly as you are today. This is about building on that foundation with love and intention.
